What is My BMI?...My Calorie Needs?
Make sure "MyPlate" has all "My Nutrients"...
- 1. Search for Foods from TheRightTrak's database of over 7500 USDA Food Items .
- 2. TheRightTrak will list your selected foods and their individual
nutrient values. You can list your foods for the day, for one meal, or
maybe just to compare the nutrients of one food to another.
- 3. TheRightTrak adds up the nutrients of your selected foods. If
the "Results" are Green, your list of foods have met your "Recommended Nutrient Profile". Red means you may need to change some choices.
- 4. TheRightTrak uses your "Recommended Nutrient Profile" as the basis for your nutrient comparison. That Profile can be changed at any time by Clicking "Change MY Profile".
- 5. Click on this bar to see if you have met your "Recommended Nutrient Profile" in other Nutrient Categories.
